Terms & Conditions
  1. Information on this Promotion and how to redeem this Promotion forms part of these conditions of entry. Redeeming the TVSN Double License to Shop (LTS) Points is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. It is a condition of entry that entrants adhere to these terms and conditions.
  4. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand over the age of 18. Permanent and casual employees, contractors and subcontractors of the Promoter or its subsidiary agents, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to accrue extra LTS points.
  5. The promotion is valid from 8:30am AEDT 4 December 2023 until 8:29am AEDT 5 December 2023 (“TVSN Double LTS Points Period”).
  6. To successfully earn double LTS Points, Participants must place an order for any Beauty Awards Nominated products and associated value pack or pack shown on the TVSN TV channel during the TVSN Double LTS Points Period specified in clause 5 and complete the purchase of that order by paying for the products/pack in full, within the TVSN Double LTS Points Period.
  7. LTS points will be allocated to the customer’s account on 5 January 2024.
  8. Any order returned within 30 days will not be allocated LTS points. Delivery costs do not accrue LTS points.
  9. This promotion does not apply in conjunction with any other LTS point’s promotion. A Participant can only accrue double points under one promotion at any one time. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to exclude or include a Participant from this Promotion. , suspend a Participant’s LTS account, or take any action the Promoter deems necessary, if the Promoter has reason to believe a Participant is unfairly accruing LTS points.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the internet. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
  11. Participants enter the promotion at their sole risk. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property because of entering the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that results from a possible delay to an allocation of LTS points.
  12. Subject to the relevant state authority approval, if the offer (or part of the offer) of double LTS points is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the offer (or that part of the offer) with an offer of equal or greater value and/or specification.
  13. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time.
  14. The offer of double LTS points, or any unused portion of the offer, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The offer must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a person does not use the offer or an element of the offer at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the offer or that element of the offer will be forfeited..
  15. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before allocating double LTS points to cancel the promotion or to vary or cancel the offer of double LTS points including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter's opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
    a. a Participant does not satisfy the promotion participation requirements; or
    b. the Promoter cannot conduct the promotion or offer the double LTS points for any reason beyond its control.
  16. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the promotion or varies or withdraws the offer of double LTS points it shall not:
    a. be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
    b. be required to conduct the promotion at any other time.
  17. The Promoter reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions.
  18. Upon participation in the promotion, a Participant gives permission for the use of personal data and information by the Promoter. This information will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and TVSN’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.itvsn.com.au/apps/page/privacy.
