Care Instructions: Alpha H Daily Essential Moisturiser SPF50+
Apply lotion liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15-20 minutes prior to exposure to the sun. Re-apply every 2 hours if in unprotected sunlight and after swimming, towel drying, exercise and excessive perspiration.
