The cryo/thermo recovery mask is an essential at-home spa tool. This versatile mask can be heated or chilled to suit your mood and rejuvenate your skin. Filled with glycerin gel beads, it offers both cryotherapy and thermotherapy benefits.

Cryotherapy helps reduce puffiness and redness, refreshing your complexion for a vibrant, fresh-faced look. It is ideal prior to makeup application, providing a smooth base. Thermotherapy opens pores and provides deep relaxation, enhancing blood flow and overall skin health.

To use, thoroughly cleanse and dry your face. Secure the mask with the velcro strap and sit back and relax with it on your face for 10-20 minutes. For a cooling effect, freeze the mask in your freezer or place it in the fridge for a chilled result. For a warming sensation, microwave the mask for 10 seconds. This dual-function mask is indispensable to your skincare routine, delivering soothing, professional-grade treatments anytime you need.

Directions and cautions:

• Thoroughly cleanse and dry your skin.
• Depending on your mood and your skin's needs - either remove the mask from the fridge or freezer or, for heating, place it in the microwave for 10/20 seconds.
• Do not overheat in the microwave or leave it in direct sunlight, as this will shorten its effectiveness.
• When the mask is removed from the freezer, we recommend leaving it out for ten minutes before using it directly on the face.
• Place the mask comfortably on your face, securing the Velcro strap behind your head, and relax for 10 - 20 minutes.
• Hand wash only in warm, soapy water. Lay flat to dry in the shade. Clean the surface with a damp cloth or sponge.
• Discard mask if any sign of damage, tear, or holes.
• Do not use on broken or cracked skin.
• External use only.
