Conditions of Use:

• TVSN virtual Gift Cards can be used as full or partial payment for the purchase of goods through our websites iTVSN.com.au, mobile site m.tvsn.com.au, TVSN.co.nz or mobile site m.tvsn.co.nz. They can also be used by calling the Customer Care Team on 13 23 10 or 0800 101 301.
• TVSN virtual Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The value or the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card cannot be transferred to a new TVSN virtual Gift Card.
• TVSN is unable to cancel a TVSN virtual Gift Card once issued.
• TVSN virtual Gift Cards cannot be used on existing orders or outstanding part payments they can only be used for new purchases.
• TVSN virtual Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the initial date of issue. Once expired, the value of a TVSN virtual Gift Card or any remaining balance will expire and not be refunded or credited.
• If the full amount of a TVSN virtual Gift Card is not used in one transaction, the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card will be credited to the customers account for future purchases and this value must be used within 3 years from the initial date of issue of the TVSN virtual Gift Card.
• To check the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card, call our friendly Customer Care Team.
• TVSNs terms and conditions for the License to Shop program apply to any transaction involving a TVSN Virtual Gift Card. These terms and conditions are available on our website or in hardcopy by request.
• TVSN is unable to replace the TVSN virtual Gift Card if it is stolen or if there is unauthorised use of it.
• The value or the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card is non-transferable.
