Our first-ever curation is still the most popular set of three we have ever offered, even after 15 years! Two of our most sophisticated colours ever designed. The Matte Black is a texture and tone exclusive to Australia and New Zealand, and the Sandstone is the most popular tone in home styling today. These are our colours of choice when looking to add colour or drama to a room that will see you through all seasons. Features:

2. Each pillar is handmade and hand-poured from virgin paraffin wax, so it looks and feels like a traditional candle, adding to the realism. 
3. Our 3D Wick design looks like a real candle burning from every angle in the room.
4. The flat top edge looks like a new candle every time it is lit.
5. Each pillar requires 2 C batteries (not included), and if of a good quality (Energizer recommended) will last more than 1,000 hours. 
6. There is a built-in 6-hour timer function with a manual 24-hour override option so you can enjoy instant candlelight without lifting a finger. Just set and forget.

All candles in this set are remote-enabled with 4 timer modes and 3 levels of brightness (sold separately but 1 remote is included in this set as 1 remote will operate more than 10,000 candles), allowing you to personalise every occasion. Saying that, with the Sandstone and the Matte Black candles, the colour density is much greater than the Nordic White or the Classic Ivory, which are quite translucent. This means unlike the more translucent colours, where you can use your remote up to 5 metres away, with the Sandstone and in particular the Matte Black, you need to be up close and personal, almost next to the candles, for the remote to work. The remote receiver is inside the candle, about halfway between the top and the base, not in the flame cap as many suspect. As the signal works line of sight, like a TV, there is no way for us to mark the outside of the candle to show which way the receiver is facing without impacting the aesthetics, so you may need to turn the candle or move your hand until you find the sweet spot. It was a tradeoff to either never offer darker colour flameless candles or take a few extra seconds to turn them on and off using the remote.

Proven to save up to 90% of your annual candle spend, and here’s the math.

• If set to the 4hr timer via the remote included in this set, you would only need to change your batteries twice times a year, or once every 188 days. Compared to buying a $20 traditional candle that burns for 85 hours, you would need 17 of the traditional candle compared to one of our flameless pillars and 2 battery changes in the first year. Our market reconnaissance shows a traditional 4” high candle would retail for $20, and if you light it for the full 85 hrs it says it would burn, you will need to spend $340 on 1 traditional candle every year to realise the same mood lighting from only one of our candles using the 4 hr timer and 2 battery changes per annum.
• Then, here’s the best part, in the second year, you would need only 2 battery changes a year for our flameless stunner and another 17 traditional candles to enjoy the same ‘glow’ time.

WARNING:

• Unique to the Matte Black, we have found them to be super sensitive to sunlight, even filtered light, so we strongly recommend styling them there is no direct or indirect sunlight
• Do not place Uyuni Lighting flameless wax candles directly onto any furniture or furnishings. Our candles will not damage furnishings but they may, from time to time, leave a small wax residue that may be difficult to remove. Therefore, we recommend that you display your candles on candleholders, coasters or plates. 
• Keep tapers away from heaters, radiators, or direct sunlight to prevent fading or melting.
• Avoid excessive handling or dropping to prevent chipping or breaking.
• Clean with a damp cloth, avoiding the black wick and flame cap.
• Never hold or carry by the flame cap.
• Do not immerse tapers in water; they are not waterproof, and metal components may rust.
