The inspiration for this recipe came from that classic combination, strawberries and cream. A crisp, crumbly biscuit bake laden with handfuls of dried strawberries and chunks of fine white chocolate. Presented in one of Cartwright & Butlers special, reusable biscuit tins, complete with signature clip-lid tin.

Store in a cool, dry place avoiding direct sunlight. Once opened keep in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks.
