Fiona Summers Stretch Magic Flow Bar
Home use 2 lb weighted bar for exercise that allows for resistance during a flowing stretching exercise workout.
This bar is designed to aid deeper stretches and facilitate a full range of motion. As you move the 2 pound bar through a series of exercises, you can feel the extra stretch gained by the addition of the weight during a range of movements and stretches.
2 lb really is enough. As you Move, you add extra Stretch to the Range of Motion.
Method of USE:
If you are sitting at your desk or sitting for long periods all day, break up that sitting by STANDING UP and performing a ‘follow along with Fiona’ session. Once a day would be a great help. Standing up and moving once an hour would be the goal. When you stand up - what should you do? One exercise from Fiona’s Demonstrations would be a perfect place to start.
It can be used lying down, seated or standing.
