A good night’s sleep is vital for our health, skin and overall wellbeing. Poor sleep is associated with an increase in oxidative stress which is one of the main causes of premature ageing of the skin and body. With Sleep Ritual you can now treat yourself at bedtime before slipping into nurturing, restorative sleep.

Adults: Mix 5 g (2.5 level 5 mL metric spoons) of powder in 200 mL of hot water and/or milk and consume immediately. Take once daily, 30 minutes before bed, or as professionally prescribed.
